Madison Dee is a hardworking, driven photographer.
She creates evocative, subtle photography.
She grew up in Houston Texas, Astros and Ninfa's baby. She wasn’t huge into art. Her friends and mother had the talent but she was more of a sporty, tomboy chick, she grew up playing soccer and other sports and never thought of becoming a photographer better yet, she never thought of wanting to finish high school. With guidance from her mother she finished and started at community college eventually leaving and went to a University in San Marcos, Texas. She started going towards radio, being a disc jockey. Almost finished school but she just knew this wasn’t for her. She took a journalism class and forgot she wasn’t a fan of writing. Then took a photojournalism class and the rest was history. She loved everything about it but wanted to know more. The University didn’t have the degree plan that she was looking for so she dropped out and took time off till she found what she was looking for which happened to be at another community college in Austin Texas. It was the best decision she had ever made. She never knew photography had so much for her to learn and has enjoyed every moment of it.
She has been leaning towards fashion and editorial, which she never thought she would. Something about the clothing, the making a story out of nothing, and putting everything together is such a rush.
Madison graduated from Austin Community College in The Department of Professional Photography.
